Having Trouble Viewing Our Videos?

If you cannot view our videos in Internet Explorer (perhaps you just see a black box?) it may be that your browser has restricted access to the YouTube website which we are using to stream our videos in a high quality, small file size format. To fix this problem, you can do one of the following:

1. Add YouTube to your list of Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer.

   IMPORTANT: the website address (URL) that you are adding is ytimg.com
